Positive App

Each day, keep a log of your feelings by:

  1. Plotting your feelings on the Emotional Barometer : it is a good idea to do this at the same time everyday. How about first thing in the morning? 
  2. Posting three positive thoughts on the Pinboard: this is like a gratitude journal. I suggest : at the end of everyday list three things you are grateful for. You can post photos, video clips etc. Whatever you wish! 
  3. Reading the Positive Newsfeed - there are some really good articles and video clips on the Newsfeed. 

This is a brilliant opportunity for self awareness and gratitude; it complements the Mindfulness Course most of you completed with me over the last two terms. Please download the Positive App on your phones and use the following username and password to login:
